SP has launched a Corporate and Workforce Transformation programme (SP-CWT), which consolidates all its available resources and has already helped over 150 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) successfully undergo transformation. Ms Ng Su Ling, Assistant Director at SP’s Department of Industry & Partnerships, shared yesterday that the SP-CWT programme brings together manpower, resources, and other support to assist SMEs in their transformation from multiple angles. On the leadership front, the programme supports businesses in transformation through strategy, technology, and innovation. For employees, it aims to improve their adaptability. So far, more than 150 companies have benefited. Ms Ng highlighted various tailored solutions under the programme, such as customised learning journeys, overseas leadership courses, short and flexible programmes, project-based training, part-time and continuing education courses — with customised tracks for both companies and their employees.
