To be eligible for WSP

  • graduate

    Singapore Citizen (SC), Permanent Resident (PR) or Long-Term Visit Pass-Plus (LTVP+) Holders

  • national service

    ITE or Polytechnic graduate with a relevant qualification

  • passport

    Fresh graduate hired and sponsored by a WSP Participating Company or a Working Professional looking to upskill and work at the same time

Journey of a WSP Participant

  • how does it work image

    Register Your Interest

    • Browse our range of WSP and click "Register" to fill in the WSP participation form and submit your resume
    • You will be matched with a job related to your discipline of study and your resume will be forwarded to WSP participating companies for their selection

    Only applicants who are hired by WSP participating companies will be invited to submit an online application to join the WSP

  • how does it work image

    Upskill and Gain On-the-Job Experience

    • Undergo a 12-to-18 month structured training programme with facilitated learning, on-the-job training and work-based projects
    • Receive valuable guidance from assigned mentors at the company
  • how does it work image

    Benefit from WSP

    • Be employed full-time by a WSP Participating Company and receive a competitive market-rate salary 
    • Gain an industry-recognised Diploma, Specialist Diploma or Advanced Diploma at the same time 
    • Earn potential wage progression or career advancement based on performance through structured career progression pathways 
    • Receive a $5,000 Sign-on Incentive* (subject to eligibility) 


      The Sign-on Incentive is only applicable for Singapore Citizens who are fresh graduates from ITE/Polytechnic within 36 months of graduation or ORD and from the relevant feeder course.
