"We teamed with SP to standardise our SOPs and implemented an on-the-job training (OJT) blueprint to upskill our logistics coordinators. SP conducted on-site fact finding and provided us a feedback report to define the optimal packaging option. An SOP coupled with detailed work instructions was also created to document the process, which helped to improve our packaging cost efficiency. In the second phase of implementation, SP developed a structured OJT blueprint and conducted Train-the-Trainer sessions with on-site observations. This enabled us to grow our in-house training capabilities and reduced overall time taken for our coordinators to be competently trained in packing."
“SP helped us in recreating our OJT and updating it to the current needs of our engineers. Ricky and his team have been instrumental in refining the various tasks that our engineers perform to the core tasks which they require support with. The final OJT blueprint helped us to reassess our training approach and to scope it according to needs of our engineers, especially in a dynamic industry. The team has always been responsive and amenable to our enquiries and needs. They were able to provide a solution fitting with the scope and when it was not possible, they would be able to provide alternatives that best suites our needs. One such case was the performance support platform. The initial proposal put forth did not quite match the needs of our staff, however after much discussion and further scoping they were able to provide a solution that perfectly met our requirements, which we could support with minimal maintenance and costs.”

"PACE Academy is well established and has a strong portfolio of completed projects with the Industry in developing workplace learning. They helped us design an On-the-Job Training framework aligning to Industry best practices. The co-developed Train-The-Trainer learning materials were also effective in coaching our mentors.
