| 2 | 27 March to 31 Mar 2025 | Request for special seating arrangements for graduands |
| 3 | By 16 April 2025 | Settle outstanding Library Loans, Fines & Course Fees.
- Failure to do so will result in a delay in the collection of your academic transcripts and diploma certificate. |
| 4 | From 1 April 2025 onwards | Rental and collection of Graduation Gown |
| 5 | 08 May 2025 | Graduation Ceremony |
| 6 | By 18 May 2025 | Return Graduation Gown |
