LEARNING, PROJECT & ASSESSMENT

• KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS - Learning of key technical knowledge and skills of the technological solutions
• WORKPLACE PROJECT - While learning is ongoing, the workplace project is scoped and commenced for skills application and technology adoption under the guidance of trainers
• MENTORING CLINIC - Mentoring clinics and 1-to-1 guidance are made available during project phase at selected intervals
• ASSESSMENT - Assessments at various touchpoints of the programme to ensure competence and to reinforce learning
• COMPLETION - Upon completion, companies would have a prototype or an implementable process for the emerging technology
