Diploma in Interior Design
Class of 2023
Like many design students, my decision to pursue a Diploma in Interior Design stems from a shared story. Since a young age, I had a natural inclination towards the arts and hands-on activities. I found joy in observing scenes, people, buildings, and spaces,
attempting to capture those captivating moments on paper, even though I may not have excelled at it. However, as a student focused on pure science and math in secondary school, I lacked the confidence to pursue a fine arts or design diploma. That's
when I discovered interior design and realized that my passion for observation and drawing seamlessly aligned with the creation of new spaces.
In the beginning, I felt a sense of uncertainty, questioning whether I had chosen the right path, as interior design proved to be different from my initial perceptions. I soon realized that it entailed much more than simply rearranging
furniture like a game of "The Sims." What truly motivated me to persevere was the desire to become a trustworthy designer, someone who could bring people's dreams to life. I am grateful to my wonderful lecturers who have always been honest with us
and patiently addressed our countless doubts. Through their guidance, I learned the importance of staying true to my passions and ambitions, cultivating my own unique path.
