Generative AI offers significant benefits to industries across various domains in enhancing efficiency, fostering innovation, and improving customer experiences among many others. This workshop provides an overview of Generative AI, Large Language Models, Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (GPT) and Prompt Engineering techniques. Participants will experience Generative AI use cases for businesses such as customised AI chatbot, AI agent. They will also get a chance to have hands-on experience with building a customised AI Chatbot.
