SP Solutioning Capability
SP actively engages industry partners to develop innovative products or services. Our showcases demonstrate this. Leveraging IoT, we developed an automatic chemical dispenser with remote cloud-based monitoring and control system to allow for accurate real-time dispensing scheduling and preventive maintenance. For the electrical industry, we designed a software that uses AI to detect thermal anomalies from infrared images to mitigate safety issues from anomalies or equipment downtime during rectification. Similarly, we applied 3D vision-based AI for the robotics industry to analyse visual inputs that enabled faster and more accurate fault detection. These empower industries to transform through automation or digitalisation.
