What is the technology you have adopted and how has the technology benefited your company?

  • Skincare cleanser and serum in powder form.
  • It is an advanced technology that promotes sustainability by conserving water. This creates excitement for the company. We wish that the technology can benefit human, society as well as our mother earth.

 

About programme structure:

What do you like about project based learning as compared to traditional classroom training which you have gone through previously?

  • I enjoyed the training as it was personalized and customized for me. I am delighted by how the trainer was able to plan the program that aligns my needs. It was also very interactive as I could communicate directly to the trainer. The hands-on practical sessions were very fun too. I got to experience the process of formulating skincare products and understand the ingredients use.
  • I gained so much knowledge on skincare formulation and also understood the scientific principles behind the ingredients used. I am also better equipped with the knowledge on how to develop and launch a new product into the market.

 

How did the mentoring sessions (ie. guidance received during project) help you?

  • The team at CCTC have gone far and beyond to share with us on how I can further proceed to commercialize a brand new product. As an SME, I am very grateful for the selfless help from the team. They are experts in the field and most certainly had helped me clarify all doubts I had.
