The pandemic has impacted everyone – our workforce is no exception. Just like how many of us now work remotely, the Internet has allowed us to deliver this year’s HR Symposium through a clickstream.
The theme for this year’s HR Symposium is Reshaping the Employee Experience. Focusing on employees in a pandemic, an apt theme in view of the disruption to workplace caused by the pandemic. As a healthy state of mind is the key to mental well-being, which is an essential driver of workplace productivity, the symposium will invoke discussions and sharing along the line of behavioural insights, positive psychology and leadership weaved along the common thread of employee engagement.
