HEARTFELT CONGRATULATIONS to the next generation of alternative protein enterprise – Vow Food on raising a whopping $49.2M (USD) and marking a new Series A record for the cultured meat industry!

And with the debut of Vow’s first brand – Morsel, consumers will be thrilled and looking forward to having it being served to some of Singapore best fine dining establishments early next year!

At Food Innovation & Resource Centre (FIRC) @ Singapore Polytechnic, we’re stoked to welcome and hosted Vow, and have had the privilege over the past few months to facilitate Vow’s private tasting sessions for cultured meat with invited establishments after gaining administrative exemption from Singapore Food Agency.

We shall look forward to hearing more great successes from Vow and wishing the company with great fortune and prosperity to come!
