Food Innovation: Innovation To Value Add – Exploring Opportunities For The Agriculture Industry

Food Innovation & Resource Centre (FIRC) is honoured to be invited by Singapore Agro-Food Enterprises Federation Limited (SAFEF) to speak on the topic titled “Food Innovation: Innovation to Value Add – Exploring Opportunities for the Agriculture Industry” in an onsite sharing event held at FIRC on 31 March 2021.
The primary objective of this event is to provide insights and spur participants’ creativity in food innovation with ideas and used cases, so that companies can explore on new product development to increase the value of existing farm products and accelerate business growth. FIRC also shared with the participants on various ways on how they can adopt product commercialisation and the grant support available. The event ended successfully with an explanatory tour to FIRC extensive facilities.
