Innovation Partner For Impact – IPI 10th Anniversary Year In Review, 17 December 2021

SP’s Food Innovation & Resource Centre (FIRC) was featured in Innovation Partner for Impact (IPI)’s 10th anniversary Year in Review. FIRC project manager Joel Chan shared how StemCell United (SCU)’s vision to develop plant-based marine food and sustainable future food options is aligned with FIRC’s role to co-create a sustainable ecosystem to address Singapore’s food security goals. SCU engaged FIRC as their food technology consultant to expedite their development of western vegan foods, and FIRC has dedicated six professionals including Joel and their consumer centric innovation manager Chen Ying Jie to accelerate their product innovation journey.
