Food Innovation & Resource Centre (FIRC) @ Singapore Polytechnic is honoured to be featured on The Straits Times together with Oatberry in an article mentioning entrepreneur Darren Tan, who had collaborated with FIRC in product development efforts, i.e. coming up with flavour variations, to extend the shelf life of his granola products and among other things.
