Successful New Product Commercialisation By Direct To Masses

FIRC wishes to congratulate Direct to Masses for the successful new product commercialisation of its convenient and messy-free FROZEN ROASTED PORK BELLY that only needs simple and fast reheating without defrosting, for consumption. FIRC has a great pleasure working with Direct to Masses (and perhaps many more pleasures to come) in the product and process development project that also included packaging recommendation and shelf life evaluation for its frozen roasted pork belly. The frozen product has been tested to have a long shelf life of at least one year under frozen conditions, without the use of preservatives or food additives, and yet conferring optimal eating quality after reheating.
The frozen roasted pork belly is available via phone ordering and social media, and will be rolled out to more distribution channels in the near future.
