Brother invests money to support Supergreen founder, Li Shaorong's hard work to repay his love

Supergreen founder Li Shaorong persevered in his salad business to repay his older brother, who provided the capital for the startup and continued to invest even after the COVID-19 pandemic severely impacted the business. His efforts grew the company from a small stall to 12 outlets. Li learned valuable business lessons after a failed attempt at running a Nanyang coffee stall through a franchise partnership in 2018. He later worked at a friend’s salad stall at NTU, gaining insights into customer preferences. Confident in his newfound knowledge, he took over the stall, rebranded it as Mixed Greens, and expanded to the canteens at SP and SMU.
