'Catalyst 2025' sets the stage for innovative thinking in architecture

The article featured projects by final-year SP Diploma in Architecture students Lopa Mudra Natarajan, who created the design for ‘The Catalyst Institution’, and Suvinesan Sudalairajan, who designed a school campus using Computational Fluid Dynamics tools. A total of 180 such projects were developed in collaboration with industry experts from organisations including the Urban Redevelopment Authority, the Ministry of Education, Gensler, and SP's User Experience Centre. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was also signed between the School of Architecture & the Built Environment, SP, and NParks on 14 March at the 'Catalyst 2025' event. The MoU is expected to focus on landscape design, architecture, urban greenery, nature conservation, and community stewardship.
