Video featured post-secondary category winner of Samsung's Solve for Tomorrow competition in Singapore, SP's student team, MNKS X CO2. The team, comprising of students from SP’s Diploma in Computer Engineering—Mohammed Khambati, Ti Kyi Kyaw (Nick), Keeret Singh Sandhu, and Toh Siew Hean—conceptualised a biofilter for vehicles with a biofilm made of genetically engineered Escherichia coli (E. Coli) bacteria that can consume carbon dioxide while emitting oxygen gas.
