Over 10,000 residents, artists to be involved in Chingay 2023

Singapore Polytechnic student, Thierry Yeo, has been a budding artist since he was six years old, and the opportunity to participate in a public art installation – one of various community engagement programmes to celebrate Chingay – was too good to pass up.
