Article featured the Switch and Save-Use LED campaign by National Environment Agency and North East Community Development Council. To support the campaign, 34 volunteers from SP, HOPE Worldwide and Meridian Junior College helped to change the lightbulbs of about 500 households. (Lianhe Zaobao, p4)
