Scholarship allows her to pursue her dreams

Article featured SP’s Diploma in Integrated Events and Project Management graduate, Nur Syafiqah, as one of the recipients of the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) scholarship. As her mother suffered from chronic kidney disease, Syafiqah had decided to start working after graduating from poly to improve her family’s financial situation. However, after working for a couple of months in an events management company, Nur Syafiqah decided to enroll in the Sustainable Events Management degree offered by SIM-University of Stirling in order to improve her career options. At that time, her mum had also undergo a successful kidney transplant and her family’s finances had improved.
