Considerations:

The proposed integrated solutions should be able to demonstrate the below considerations:

  1. Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD): Building Information Modelling [BIM], AR/VR/MR and generative design, e.g., engaging AR/VR/MR in a BIM-based project for a 3D immersive experience and cross-disciplinary collaboration with generative design for optimised solutions.
  2. Common Data Environment (CDE), e.g. to have CDE Data standards setup for cross phases information transmission, e.g. To have CDE Data standards setup for cross phases information transmission.
  3. Design for Maintainability (DfM), e.g., optimised accessibility and safe maintenance considerations.
  4. Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA), e.g. modular, flexible design for off-site manufacturing and assembly work.
  5. Sustainability, e.g., having sustainable building performance studies, such as Carbon Accounting, Energy Simulations & Auditing, such as Light, Heat, and Ventilation.

Requirements:

  1. Any building project typology, size and complexity
  2. Max. 6pax in a team of mixed practitioners with or without solutions providers
