Campus engagement by Nestle Research and Development team

On 12 July 2023, second-year students pursuing the Diploma in Food Science & Technology (DFST) course participated in a campus engagement event organised by Nestle's Research and Development team.

During the event, Ms Lai Ya Qin, an HR Partner from Human Resources provided an overview of Nestle's rich history and diverse range of products. She also presented internship and job opportunities within the company. Dr Wen Wang, the Creative Prototyping Team Lead in the Science & Technology department, shared the latest trends and the various strategic areas Nestle has been focusing on to stay at the forefront of innovation. SP DFST alumna Gina Tan (Class of 2017), who is now the Associate Product Development Specialist, shared her personal journey from her time at SP to her current role at Nestle with her juniors.
