In 2016, William, a DEEE Silver medallist, claimed the honour of being the first EEE graduate to receive a PSC scholarship. The scholarship allowed him to pursue a double degree in engineering at SUTD and Business Management at SMU. William felt that his success demonstrated EEE’s ability to empower eager students to realise their potential.  He credited EEE’s many specialisations offered in the course, its holistic curriculum, many caring lecturers, and the conducive learning environment as key factors that enriched his education and allowed him to discover himself in the process.
