The dynamic force behind the homegrown “Total Lifestyle Wellness” service provider in the spa, face, skin and body care industry, Haach, one of Singapore’s leading brands, is none other than the CEO, Ponz Goo. Ponz began her career as a Quantity Surveyor after she graduated with a Diploma in Building in 1993. Thereafter, she went on to obtain her Degree in Construction Management and Economics in Australia, RMIT University, before making a complete career switch.

Since opening in 1997, Haach has been exhibiting strong growth and customer loyalty. From a single boutique, Haach has now grown to a successful chain of 8.  Ponz worked her way up from a trainee consultant to her present position as a CEO. She leads the company’s overall business strategy and builds their customer base. As the branding pioneer, she also steers the company’s branding, marketing and communication channels.

In recognition of her entrepreneurial spirit, Ponz clinched the Entrepreneur of the Year 2003 Award and was also nominated as a finalist in the 2003 International Young Chinese Entrepreneur (Yazhou Zhoukan) competition. In addition, she was also a recipient of the Spirit of Enterprise Award 2003 and was honoured  in the 2003 Singapore Tatler, Society Top 300 List.

Recently, she did us the honour of sitting in the validation panel for the new Diploma in Integrated Events & Project Management course.
