EEE Student Project - “Dementia Patient Tracking Using Sigfox” won 3 Awards in 2018

First prize @ 2018 CDIO Asian regional Academy Program held at Da Nang on 13 Mar 2018.
First prize @ IES Innovation Challenge for Community 2018 on 28 July 2018
Lee Hsien Loong Interactive Digital Media Smart Nation Award on 14 August 2018
A personal experience with his late grandmother who was diagnosed with dementia has inspired Chryston to develop this tracker with his project mate, Yizhe for those elderly with dementia and their caretakers. The tracker comes with an SOS function, it is small and light to be carried comfortably. More importantly, its operating cost is low, only a dollar a month.
