This e-service is open to the public (local and overseas) and current students of Singapore Maritime Academy (SMA) who require to purchase TARB for their sea service for both Deck and Engineering officers.

This e-service is for current students of Singapore Maritime Academy who are applying for the DNS/Class 3 Correspondence Course. A mandatory registration fee of $7.00 is charged for each application.
