RoboCup@Work Robot for Factory of the Future

Synopsis

The SPlackie robot is designed to load and unload objects. It can pick up different objects from tables of various heights, from shelves and rotating tables. It can perform precision object placement and placement for coloured containers. It can also perform autonomous navigation using Lidar and Vision sensors to avoid walls and obstacles, with Deep Learning algorithm for object detection.
