Responding to Platform Screen Door (PSD) Faults VR Training Solution

Station operation staff are responsible for the management of crowds during peak hours and/or during service degradation.  Hence, staff competency in carrying out first-line recovery of systems such as PSD is critical. However, conducting practical training for such faults is only possible during engineering hours (i.e 01:30am~04:30am), resulting in time/training resources constraints.
