Course Objective

This course equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to create digital artworks of greater complexity. They will be able to apply their skills in creating concept art for games and animation culminating in a full illustration of character with environment.

Course Outline

By the end of the Course, participants will be able to:

- Customise their own brushes presets in Photoshop
- Depict and paint the human body in simple geometric form
- Paint environments with values and colours
- Apply colour grading as well as mood lighting to their environments
- Paint a simple splash art illustration

Minimum Requirements

Participants should be able to communicate in simple English and have necessary skills in using a computer.

You must be familiar with the software, Adobe Photoshop and have some experience in digital painting to maximise your learning outcomes from the course.

Certification / Accreditation

Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued). A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate
Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued). A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
