Coaching Psychology is a psychology-based process for enhancing well-being and performance in personal, professional, and other life domains. It is becoming an increasingly popular way to unlock potential and maximize performance. 

This course is specifically designed to introduce the participants to positive organisational psychology, and to highlight the factors that will lead to the development of an effective well-being workplace.

Course Objective

The course provides an experiential opportunity for participants to experience first-hand a positive psychology intervention that develops strengths, resilience and facilitates individual and organisational goal alignment. Participants will also cultivate core coaching skills so that they can reap benefits in many dimensions of life, especially at the workplace and home.

Course Outline

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
  1. Define what positive psychology coaching is
  2. Explain the science of positive psychology
  3. Recognise the factors that contributes to resilience
  4. Apply techniques to increase resilience and optimism
  5. Practice core coaching skills that you can use to enhance the different dimensions of your life
  6. Ask powerful questions to transform problems and unlock opportunities
