Digitalisation of Facilities Management Processes
This project uses a Centralised Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to streamline the client organisation's facilities management processes, e.g. meter reading/recording and asset management. Two solutions were proposed to the client.
The first solution involves using the client inventory list to create Google AppSheets and a working application entitled "INVENT" to track the inventory in real time. Users can download the app onto mobile phones to take stock of inventory at any time,
make purchases to restock items, and generate reports.
The other solution uses Google applications to do meter readings and collection. These solutions help to improve productivity, accuracy and efficiency in operational processes.
