Digitalisation of Hotel Facilities Management Systems

The project aims to improve productivity in facilities management through digitalisation. The work involved digitising the meter reading process, allowing readings to be recorded and stored in a database for easy access.

Additionally, the project group has created an app for daily defects reporting and work order status updates, with the option of adding photos. This app enhances communication and aids in monitoring the status of the work order requests more efficiently.
