Course Objective

This course equips participants with key skills and knowledge to effectively deliver structured coaching sessions at their workplaces.

Course Outline

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Gain knowledge of Coaching models
Learn strategies for effectively delivering Coaching Conversations
Plan, monitor, and review progress of Learners
Harness online tools to deliver off-site Coaching sessions

How to Provide Ongoing Feedback in One-to-One or Small Group Coaching Sessions

Minimum Requirements

Basic skills in Coaching small groups, Basic proficiency in English, Working or Volunteering with Self-Help Groups and VWOs

Certification / Accreditation

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
