The OTR training program caters to companies within the same sectors or industries, providing tools to deepen partnerships and foster pervasive innovation. This course will enhance in long term growth and profitability. It will also help in expanding to international markets. This course will facilitate to launch new products/services or new business models It will be an added value to the company and help business grow by exploiting key drivers, products and services and technologies.

Course Objective

This course will facilitate participants to make better informed decisions in their firm-level innovation strategies by providing a roadmap where the teams can work together to develop deeper capabilities in innovation.

This course will also help form a strategic business plan based on key objectives defined and also help companies understand the key drivers to develop new ideas and to grow business and generate long-term profit.

Minimum Requirements

ITE qualification
Have at least 2 years of experience in management position

Ho Chii Wen

Ho Chii Wen has served in global finance leadership roles, mainly in US MNCs, over the past 20 years. He set up the finance function in China and was an Audit Manager in US and Europe. More recently, he served in management positions for a few SMEs in the region. His areas of interest are in corporate strategy setting, change and process management.
A member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Chii Wen is a graduate from NTU and is also a Sloan Fellow (MSc in Management) from London Business School.

Tan Meng Teck

Tan Meng Teck is experienced in strategic planning in building and sustaining military technologies for future national defence needs. He has collaborated with Defence Science Organisation (DSO), Future Systems and Technology Directorate (FSTD) -MINDEF and overseas partners in the full scale development and production of a military system. He has a proven track record in managing large-scale and complex projects demanding leadership, resourcefulness and team-building skills, with extensive management experience in government and commercial sectors.

He is also an active member in community service work by volunteering to elevate disadvantaged groups and individuals in acquiring skills and mental fortitude for the enhancement of their future prospects. Some of his volunteering projects include mentoring upper secondary students (through Architects of Life) and English language training in Batam.
