Course Objective

In today's rapidly evolving Business landscape, organisations continuously adapt to stay competitive due to rising Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and Digital Automation. How can enterprises redesign different fits for jobs, skills, and employee alignments to meet both present and future needs?

Job redesign, powered by AI, offers a strategic approach to optimise roles, enhance employee engagement, and drive Business performance. Participants will gain an intrinsic understanding of Job Design and Job Redesigns’ strategic importance, methods to identify areas for the latter, and hands-on experience with its AI-driven tools. They will also develop actionable transition plans effectively implementing redesign solutions.

This course is a mixture of classroom facilitation and experiential learning in which participants will apply their learning, using real case applications from the workplace.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  3. Identify potential roles for Job Redesign.
  4. Apply an AI-powered tool in Job Redesign solutions.
  5. Develop a job redesign action plan using the AI-based application.

Basic English Proficiency and Computer Proficiency. Applicants must, also, At Least hold a diploma and above.

A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate
