Participants will gain an intrinsic understanding of Job Design and Job Redesigns’ strategic importance, methods to identify areas for the latter, and hands-on experience with its AI-driven tools. They will also develop actionable transition plans effectively implementing redesign solutions.
This course is a mixture of classroom facilitation and experiential learning in which participants will apply their learning, using real case applications from the workplace.
