The banking and finance industry is undergoing rapid changes. As the evolving digital climate change the sector and its employment prospects, financial sector professionals need to be equipped with skills to stay relevant and secure meaningful roles in the new financial setting.
SP School of Business’ Specialist Diploma in Technology, Innovation & Analytics for Financial Sector Professionals will enable middle level managers working in the financial sector to acquire further knowledge and skills within their trained discipline areas and value add to their organisation. This course also allows the participant to explore areas of new job opportunities within the sector based on the future-enabled skillset identified by the Institute of Banking and Finance.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able:
- To learn and apply new Technologies & Tools used in the financial sector
- To use Data Analytics to improve on Decision-Making Processes
- To adopt a Human-Centric approach to Innovation and Customer Engagement
- To learn and manage Cyber Risks faced by financial institutions
- To understand Disruptive Fintech Innovations to the financial sector
The course is a one-year part-time programme consisting of two Post-Diploma Certificates (PDCs) with one PDC conducted in each semester. Each PDC comprises three modules. Classes will be conducted in two evenings per week for 15 weeks each semester.The modules for the two PDCs are:

Module 2: Fintech & Digital Transformation in Banking
Module 3: Applied Financial Analytics
PDC 2: Certificate In Applied Technologies in Financial Institutions
Module 1: Integrated Digital Marketing Communications and Platforms
Module 2: AI & Process Automation in Financial Institutions
Module 3: Essentials of Cyber Security in Financial Institutions
