This course equips participants with practical skills aligning Talent Development with Organisational Goals, with Targeted Skills Assessment and Development Planning. Through a structured learning journey, participants will evaluate Business objectives, identify critical roles, analyse skills’ needs, as well as create actionable development plans using digital tools and analytics. Hands-on experience, with skills analytics tools and real-world applications, is also offered, enabling participants to effectively digitalise and analyse Talent data.
