This cutting-edge program empowers HR professionals with the skills and knowledge to leverage automation technologies in the field of Human Resources, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and strategic decision-making. By completing this micro-credential, participants also have the exclusive opportunity to apply for an IHRP Skills Badge, further validating their competency and professional growth.
This micro-credential course is a 5-week part-time course with lessons to be conducted in a blended learning mode, including face-to-face lessons, synchronised online lessons and face-to-face assessments.
This course aims to equip participants with the skills to easily create useful Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts to automate human resource processes, without much coding or programming knowledge. They will be able to achieve this through using an RPA software.
By the end of the Course, participants will be able to:
- Explain Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and how it can help to automate HR processes.
- Identify HR processes that will be improved by the application of new and emerging technologies and approaches such as RPA.
- Develop RPA solutions for common HR processes such as:
- Generate performance appraisal letters,
- Generate forms for approval,
- Generate WhatsApp and email reminders.
- Analyse potential opportunities for RPA to be adopted within the organisation.
- Implement HR decisions and activities using RPA, taking into consideration the impact on business strategies.
- Develop RPA scripts using participant’s selected HR processes to streamline routine HR tasks.
