Whether you are a HR analyst or manager, this program equips you with the skills necessary to harness the power of HR data for strategic advantage.
This course is a 5-week part-time course with lessons conducted in a blended learning mode, including synchronised online lessons (in the evening), self-directed e-Learning, and face-to-face assessment.
The course is designed to provide participants with the concept and principles of HR Analytics. Participants will be able to clean and validate the different data sets collected, and check for outliers or errors which further assess the HR data quality of sources
