Big Data Analytics helps to unravel customer preferences, business trends and hidden patterns by forming logical correlations which allows organisations and individuals to make informed decisions. Techniques of Big Data Analytics are applied in all functional areas within organizations including areas such as customer service, accounting, finance, human resource management, marketing, operations, and strategic planning. Analysing Big Data is the key to reveal important insights from enormous datasets which are massive, complex, and diverse in nature.
This course will introduce participants to the key areas of performing analytics on various sets of data and how different tools and approaches enable organizations to perform Big Data Analytics. The participants will develop skills which will make them more productive and become valuable assets to their organization.
