This course helps participants develop Building Implementation Plans (BIP) in an Organisation. As Building Information Modelling (BIM) or Integrate Digital Delivery (IDD) have a very broad spectrum of topics, this course focuses on BIM training, mainly BIP methodologies and how participants can use it for their respective organisations.

Course Objective

Digital Build aims equipping participants with knowledge on adopting BIM in Organisations, using the Singapore and Global Standard BIM Guide. They will also learn how to utilise BIP templates as a methodology to strategically implement BIM.

Minimum Requirements

Graduate of a relevant Architectural, Landscape Architectural, Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related diploma, with prior CAD software knowledge from any of the IHL in Singapore. Applicants, with other equivalent qualifications, based on case-by-case basis

Certification / Accreditation

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
