This course covers the algorithms and analysis models of condition monitoring used on sub-system or components in the Land Transport Industry.

 

Course Objective

This course focuses on building up the skill to analyse and evaluate condition-based maintenance procedures to enhance organisation maintenance regimes and operational reliability for the purpose of rail asset’s lifecycle management.

Course Outline

By the end of the course, participants will be able to: 

1. Apply stablished engineering methods and principles of Condition Based Monitoring Management 
2. Analyse and interpret data samples collected from condition-based monitoring sources
3. Describe tolerance limits and critical failure indexes of systems, equipment and components
