This course provides participants with the knowledge of Integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Participants will learn through hands-on exercises, on how to use RPA to extract information from different digitised documents using machine learning functionality and to develop data mining model to predict future business transaction through the use of AI.

Course Objective

This course aims to equip business users and IT support with the advance-level of skills to create useful Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts to automate more complex business processes leveraging on Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI). They will learn how to achieve this through using a RPA software.

Course Outline

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1. Explain how RPA leverage on Machine Learning and AI to process different business document types.
2. Apply RPA software to develop scripts to process different business documents through the use of machine learning model
3. Apply RPA software to develop scripts to integrate with machine learning model to predict future business transaction and decision.

Topics to be covered

1. Introduction to RPA with Machine Learning and AI
2. Develop and modify RPA scripts to process different business document types
3. Introduction to Data Mining Model
4. Create a data mining model using Azure Machine Learning Studio
5. Develop RPA scripts to integrate with Web service API

Minimum Requirements

Participants must be computer literate and have intermediate/advanced knowledge in MS Office such as Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word. They must have completed the SP’s Robotic Process Automation and Intermediate RPA course or have used RPA application in some projects

Certification / Accreditation

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
