In the dynamic landscape of modern retail, staying ahead of the competition requires a deep understanding of digital technologies and their integration with customer engagement strategies. The course is designed to educate retailers with the knowledge and skills needed for their businesses to thrive in the digital era. The course focuses on enhancing participants' understanding on the application of various digital platforms, customer analytics, and relationship management tool to create seamless and personalized shopping experiences through group discussions, hands on exercises to equip them with the knowledge of digital skills needed for the retail sector.

Course Objective

​Participants will be able to apply baseline knowledge in digital marketing retail for their businesses. This includes creating retail web presence through search and social media to increase their visibility to ride the ongoing wave of e-commerce.​

Course Outline

By the end of the Course, participants will be able to:

  1. Articulate the technological trend in Digital Marketing Landscape of the retail sector
  2. Design suitable content for retail marketing across digital media channels
  3. Apply basic analytics tools for categorisation of shoppers’ profile
  4. Identify and mitigate known cybersecurity risks in the digital retail space
  5. Create a post course action or learning plan suitable for their retail business or self

2. For company-sponsored applicant, please approach your company's Human Resource (HR) team to put in the application through the company portal using CorpPass.  You may only apply after receiving the registration link from your company's HR.
 
3. Your application does not guarantee acceptance into the course. Your acceptance into the course is dependent on meeting the course requirements and course vacancy.
 
4. All successful applicants will be notified with a letter of confirmation via email.
 
6. PACE Academy course schedules, including course trainer, course fees and course availability are subject to change.
