The course aims demonstrating maximum use of SolidWorks’ Top-Down assembly modelling capabilities, smart components, and editing to participants.

 

Course Objective

This course equips participants with the fundamental skills and knowledge to proficiently create large assemblies and manage them using tools for simplification and communication, as well as manipulate assemblies using SolidWorks software. Participants will, consequently, be able to more efficiently handle large and complex assemblies, increase productivity, reduce cost, and improve quality.

Course Outline

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
  1. Apply Advance Mate Techniques in SolidWorks Assembly.
  2. Perform Top-Down Assembly Modelling.
  3. Integrate Assembly Feature and Smart Components into the Assemblies.
  4. Perform Assembly Editing.

Minimum Requirements

Attended SolidWorks – 3D Modelling and Drawing (SP) or equivalent courses, and have good understanding on modelling concept and their interfaces

Certification / Accreditation

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
