Jurong Central Zone A RC Children’s Day

Jurong Central Zone A RC organises community events to promote social bonding for the residents living in the area. Children’s Day is one of the annual events held to bring joy to the children by having exciting programme.

Jurong Central Zone A RC collaborated with students in organising a virtual event due to large crowds being infeasible, where each of the students was in-charge of different roles during the planning and execution process.

The objective of Jurong Central Zone A Children’s Day was to allow children to have a memorable day and enjoy themselves with their families, as well as building community bonds and foster interaction between community members.

For this event, the team researched and analysed the needs of the various stakeholders before crafting the concept and programs to suit the needs of the three generations of stakeholders. They also performed marketing activities and decorated posters and backdrops.
