IRONMAN Asia is the organiser of the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon (SCSM), an annual international marathon which is crowned as a World Athletics Gold Label Road Race.

We worked with IRONMAN Asia on their social media marketing campaign focusing on September’s Pulse by Prudential Youth Championship and the SCSM Virtual Run Marathon. This involved performing Market research and analysis on the target audience, developing a Social Media engagement strategy, content creation using Canva and Photoshop as well as video production for TikTok engagement. We also wrote and curated articles on fitness and running for the subscribers to the SCSM social media platforms.

All in all, we attained and processed over 150 responses on a pre-event survey and used this info to adapt our operations eventually reaching 10,000 views on the team’s Instagram page and improving September’s Youth Championship sign up rate by 60% compared to previous months.

The exposure to a real world social media marketing campaign for such a large scale event made this experience particularly rewarding.
