This course is designed to develop participants’ understanding of their key organisations and businesses’ objectives, as well as evaluate their readiness in Sustainable transformation. They will learn to disclose climate-related data and identify risks, as well as opportunities to remain competitive and cost effective.

Course Objective

Participants will gain skills to evaluate companies’ readiness in Sustainability and prioritise action plans to embark on Sustainable Transformation, next three to five years. With assessment, participants will evaluate key recommendations for transformative processes, aligning with related Business strategies and performance.

Course Outline

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Determine key organisation goals, business objectives, and key drivers for Sustainable success
Assess current readiness in Sustainability, based on current capabilities and available climate data
Investigate gaps and root causes of underperformance issues, as well as understanding them
Identify right teams to further dive into gaps, and note improvement opportunities

Minimum Requirements

Basic English Proficiency and have at least 3 years of working experience

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
