This is a practical, hands-on course designed to equip professionals with the skills to leverage on no-code platforms to build large language models (LLM) powered chatbots. The no-code approach makes it accessible for all, focusing on real-world applications. Participants will gain insights on utilising their own data surrounding LLMs, ultimately enhancing operations, analysis and customer experiences. Ideal for roles like Data Analysts, Product Managers, and Information Technology (IT) Consultants, this course offers essential skills for the evolving digital landscape.

Course Objective

Participants will be equipped with the skills and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques needed to effectively use available no-code technology platform, in a ‘no-code’ environment. Participants will come up with an end-to-end solution and build their own large language models (LLM) powered chatbot. This hands-on approach allows participants to leverage on their own domain-specific knowledge and harness the power of LLM to interact with their own enterprise data in a customised manner, thereby providing a unique, practical experience and a comprehensive understanding of how to build and deploy search and conversational applications quickly.

Course Outline

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Identify key concepts related to Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs)

Demonstrate an understanding of the process involved in creating an end-to-end solution chatbot/ application powered by LLMs

Apply Generative AI techniques in a 'no-code' environment.

Create personalised chatbot/ application that can perform custom search on external/ enterprise datasets to address unique business needs

Topics to be covered:

- Introduction to Large Language Models (LLM)

- Basics of Prompting, Retrieval and Search

- Data Types, Storage & Processing

- Guided Personalised Chatbot Application Creation

- Chatbot Development with Enterprise Datastore

Minimum Requirements

Basic English Proficiency,
Experience in analysing data, preferably in Information and Communications (ICT) field
Experience in one data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
General Computer Literacy including drag and drop

Certification / Accreditation

• Certificate of Attendance (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to participants who meet at least 75% attendance rate

• Certificate of Completion (electronic Certificate will be issued)
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who pass the assessment and meet at least 75% attendance rate
